Wild Edible Foraging

This is a day where we can learn about the plants around us.  We will learn identification techniques, nibble on what is around us, and talk about how to engage with the local landscape through eating it.  There will be a focus on locally abundant species that are widely available.  We will have teas and try a few different simple preparations.  This aims to be educational, relaxed in tempo and fun to engage with.
