Instinctual Awareness and Self Defense

In both the modern world and the wilderness, awareness and movement skills can save your life. In this course Roots staff and Ben Goodrich of New England Ninjutsu are teaming up to bring you the first in a series of self defense and awareness courses. Over the course of the weekend we will look at sensory awareness skills for both urban and natural environments, profiling and sensing intention. We will also train in basic break falling techniques, learn escapes from common attacks, basic defensive movement, and basic weapon use. A no nonsense approach to keeping yourself and those around you safe and protected.
