Learn to see through the wall of green to a bounty of healthy, delicious, and nutritious local foods! Join Roots for a day of getting to know how to identify, harvest, and process wild edibles. We will focus also on the identfication of the few poisonous plants to avoid in order to bring comfort know what is okay to eat. Come prepared to expand your taste buds and leave with a new lens for looking at the landscape.
