Join Roots for a day of primitive bow making. In this course young students will take locally harvested saplings and hand carve them into working survival bows. Tool use, ethical harvesting, bow making basics, string making, and shooting will all be covered and done first hand. Parents are welcome. Please bring your own lunch and warm clothes, we will be inside and out. Enjoy learning about bows and arrows first hand.
Ages: 10-14
Time: 9 AM- 5 PM with a break for lunch around noon.
